Progress photos are always private. They are served through short-lived signed links that expire.

Nothing you log is published anywhere unless you explicitly choose to share it.

Export everything you have logged as a JSON file from the Privacy Centre in your profile.

Delete your account at any time. Deletion removes your challenge data and private photos.

Turn marketing emails and reminders on or off at any time.

You must be 16 or older to create an account, because the app stores body measurements and body photos.
